Made to Fit an Awkward Space

Chimney breasts and recesses are rarely square, so alcove joinery has to be made to measure. We build cabinets, cupboards and shelving that sit flush to the wall and line up with the chimney breast, giving you closed storage below and display space above. Paint-grade or timber, with adjustable shelves and soft-close doors as standard.

Door and drawer fronts can be shaker, beaded or flat-panel to match the age and character of the room, and shelving is edged and finished to look right whether it’s holding books or on display. Skirting, coving and architrave are scribed and carried across the new joinery so the alcove reads as though it was built with the room, not added to it afterwards.
